Study skills and work habits are the backbone of academic success. But most of us have not been directly taught these skills and are lacking the ability to use them effectively.
In this series of interactive and impactful courses, learn how to set and achieve your academic goals so you have the
most successful school year ever!
Let's go on an Academic Road Trip!
Now that you have chosen a goal and packed, it's time to make the journey! And yes, although, a trip is all about the destination, if you keep your eyes solely on the goal, you miss all the fun in between! Through this fun, role-playing class, you will learn how to:
- Avoid procrastination
- "Sightsee" without creating a detour
- Navigate around unexpected road blocks
- Stay motivated with long term goals
- Use rest as a way to refuel
We will focus on these executive functioning skills: task initiation, flexibility, self-control, and perseverance.
Take a trip with us today!
